We prefer no food or drinks inside the inflatables.
Choosing to Chow Down and Guzzle Up?? That's ok! But we may add a splash of extra cleaning fees to your tab.
Always follow the guidelines and/or an attendant's instructions—they're like party pilots, guiding you to a smooth and safe landing.
Our inflatables are a no-go for high winds and rain. In case of bad weather, we might need to deflate the fun temporarily for everyone's safety. If the weather outlook changes right before your party, we guarantee a refund on your deposit and will happily reschedule for another date with 10% off.

Measure twice, party once!
Before booking for the big day, make sure your chosen spot has enough room to let the good times roll – a couple of feet around each side should do the trick.
Safety first, folks – let's keep it on level ground for a worry-free celebration. We'll also need easy access to an electrical outlet to keep the party pumping all night long!
There is no bouncing, the only thing inflated are the walls! We don't recommend bouncing off of them though, no matter what your lbs are!
Our parties are for everyone, but safety first! We have inflatables designed for different age groups. Make sure to use the inflatable that suits your age bracket. For our younger party-goers, we require an adult to be present to help enforce these rules and ensure everyone plays nice.
Before we hand over the keys to the inflatable kingdom, we just need a little somethin'-somethin' from you. Think of it as our way of ensuring that the party stays as epic as planned! We'll need you to sign our waiver because -hey, who knows when the urge to host an impromptu inflatable fashion show might strike?!
We'll also have you throw down a deposit (to keep our party pieces safe and sound).
